Revisit and recommit in April

Time to take a look at the month of April & see what I need to do.

If I put it out there....maybe someone will hold me accountable??? anyone??? 

Recommit to running 2-3 times per week.  I'm thinking that I can run on Tuesday & Thursday when Eddie has soccer practice.  Then I will need to figure out which day on the weekend to take a longer run/walk.

Cross-training.... I need to figure something out for this.  I'm not sure what I want to do or what I can stay committed to doing.  I have a DVD that I may try to start a few days a week.  I think I'd like to find some stretching to do in addition because I know that will help with the running.

Food....I need to figure out some better things to have for breakfast that will have plenty of protein. 
Keeping up with menu planning....this has helped tremendously.  We have eaten healthier this week because we have stayed on track. 

I have to commit to menu planning on Sunday & shopping on Monday so that we are prepared for the week!! 

Now, I need to get off the computer & open up my calendar & schedule my workouts & the planning of meals.  I'm going to have to write it down & make it a priority.
